Description: Areekamala is a mountainous region situated in the vicinity of Chemperi. The Nazareth Sisters opened a convent at Areekamala on 7th May 1989. The Sisters, more often than not, inspired the young generation to choose a committed life for the Almighty. The sisters also do their utmost to proclaim the spirit of the Holy family by transformation programmes. They usually spare time to visit families.
