Description	Manippara Nazareth Convent was started on 14th May 1989. The population of Manippara is mainly Christians. They have made various efforts and contributions for the development of the area. The sisters reach out to every nook and cranny of the village. The people are quite satisfied with the service of our sisters. Often the people seek assistance for combating stress. A pre- primary school provides education for the children of the village. Through faith and character oriented teaching, sisters have been nurturing a promising new generation. Apart from parish services, the sisters effectively undertake many mission activities and organize prayer meetings.

The Congregation of the Nazareth Sisters is a religious community for women. It was founded in 1975 by Mar Sebastian Valloppilly, the first Bishop of Tellicherry, Kerala. The members have been called to share God's redemptive love with all the children of God, following the ideals of the Holy Family......
